In 2023, Rockpool was born. Three friends with many years of industry experience decided to begin their own journey and create something special, built on the highest standards and family values. Through working closely with local fishermen and fisherwomen, we've been able to bring the finest seafood they have to offer to our customers in London.
We want to ensure that everyone has access to fresh, healthy seafood, no matter how much or how little they can afford. We don't consider that access to quality food has become synonymous with being middle-class or wealthy anymore. British cuisine used to be based on fish as a regular part of the diet, no matter how much or little one had. We think it is important to preserve this heritage.
We want work in an industry that rewards its workers and grows their local economies, so we want our Rockpool staff to cherish their role, have job security and a realistic future. We value fairness and respect.
